As your company grows, or if you are playing in Tycoon mode, it will become a critical part of your business to hire and manage various employees to perform some key tasks.

This section is dedicated to knowing what types of employees are available, how to search for them effectively and the different approaches to training them up to be more effective as you go forward into the future.

There are three main types of major employee currently in OnAir:

• Pilots
• Flight attendants
• Mechanics

There are actually quite a few “background employees” who perform the day to day tasks too, but since these currently don’t require too much attention they are simply automatically managed and rolled into the basic costs you might encounter as your business expands (e.g. Landing fees, FBO ownership costs, Aircraft ownership costs, Route operating costs, etc.).
