Please make sure to check your spam / junk folders, in case your email provider has flagged the OnAir registration email as spam or junk.
If you can’t find it there either, please create an account on our support platform and create a ticket so that we can assist you further there: https://onairhelp.zendesk.com/ and click ‘Submit a request’ (in the top-right of the screen).
