Welcome to getting start with your first flight.

In order to get your first job completed, we need to make sure we have an appropriate aircraft, a job to deliver, prepare by making sure the aircraft is fueled and loaded and finally begin tracking of the flight. If you are playing a tycoon only mode or intend to allow an AI to complete all flights, some steps may be different or unnecessary and this will be highlighted as much as possible throughout this section.

You will have to rent, lease or purchase an aircraft using your starting capital. For the purposes of this section we are going to stick with something cheap and effective, namely the Cessna 172, since that aircraft is generally freely available in all simulators and is capable of completing some basic jobs.

Additionally your pilot will start with just a single certification (Single Engine Pistol Land or SEPL), allowing them to fly only single engined piston aircraft that are designed to be used on land (though some amphibious aircraft may be classified under it also).
