For subscription-based products, there are no refunds once a recurring charge has been made for the current period. If you wish to cancel your service, you must log into your account and cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid payment for the upcoming month/period.
To cancel your subscription, log into your account and select “Cancel online anytime,” where you will be redirected to PayPal. Alternatively, you may log directly into your PayPal account and follow the instructions provided below.

To cancel your OnAir Subscription, you can follow either of the two methods below:
Method 1: Via your OnAir Account
- Log in to your OnAir account.
- Click on the “Cancel online anytime” option; You will be redirected to the list of automatics payments in Paypal.
- Search for “OnAir” in the list of your active subscriptions, scrolling if necessary
- Click on “OnAir”
- Click on the “Cancel” button.
Method 2: Directly via your Paypal Account
- Log in to your PayPal account
- Click on the “Settings” button at the top right
- Select “Payments”
- Choose” Automatic payments”
- Search for “OnAir” in the list of your active subscriptions, scrolling if necessary
- Click on “OnAir”
- Click on the “Cancel” button
