This Terms-of-Service (“ToS”) is a legal agreement between you and OnAir Company that covers the use of all OnAir Company software products.
By accessing or otherwise using OnAir Company Software or any other product or Service (such as online services, online forums, technical support or products) provided by OnAir Company, you agree to be bound by the terms of this ToS. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use any OnAir Company products, services or online services.
COMPATIBILITY & SUITABILITY: With our 7-day free trial, you agree that you have reviewed the software and hardware compatibility requirements for the products that you are purchasing, and you have found them to be suitable for your enjoyment of our products. You agree that you understand that a broad array of factors might influence the performance of software products on any given computer and that you have ascertained that nothing else you may be running on the given hardware will negatively impact your ability to run the OnAir Company product effectively.
TECHNICAL & CUSTOMER SUPPORT: You understand that you can obtain technical support from OnAir Company by following the links to Zendesk on our website. You agree that you understand that we staff our technical support from Monday to Friday and that we only provide technical support from our Support Portal located at https://onairhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-ca You acknowledge that you understand that we do not provide Technical or Customer support through other mediums.
LICENSING POLICY: For products requiring a license key, you have two purchase options:
- Via our Website with PayPal: The license key will automatically be added to your account upon purchase.
- Reseller: If you purchase a license key from a reseller, you will receive a license key that you will need to activate manually on your OnAir account.
Activation of the license key signifies your agreement to the terms outlined in these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
For products not necessitating a license key, your access and/or usage of the product indicate your acceptance of these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
REFUND POLICY: For subscription-based products there are no refunds once a recurring charge has been made for the current period. If you wish to cancel your service, you must log into your account and cancel your subscription prior to the renewal in order to avoid payment for that month/period. Cancellation of your subscription cannot be done by voice, email. To cancel your subscription log into your paypal account.
