Dear community,

We have noticed a disparity between the feature requests collected from the forum and those we get from our Discord Help team and the tickets you have submitted.

As we like to make sure you, our dear community, get heard, we want to introduce a new feature: The In-game Feature Request Monitor Tool, or for short: I-GFRMONTOOL 🙂

To facilitate access to the feature requests for all users we introduce a dynamic page in OnAir Manager. This will allow you to vote for your preferred features.

This in-game list will display the requests from the forum and Discord Helpers. Each week, the most voted on items  will be added into this new “feature requests” section.

The best way to propose a new feature is to vote for it in the forum to add this feature for in-game voting.

For each feature, we are displaying a status indicating the progression.

We will try to implement these features in their respected time-frame while trying to respect the rank of the in-game dynamic list.

To access the forum, you cannot use your OnAir game account as it is a separate platform. You need to create a separate account for the Support Platform (including forum and tickets)
