Monday, May 18, the Open Beta goes live.
Your company is safe. Nothing changes on the backend.
The most important thing to know: the OnAir backend doesn’t change. Both the current client and the Companion connect to the same servers. Your account, your fleet, your flights, your balance — everything stays exactly where it is. You can use the current client in the morning and the Companion in the afternoon. Same company. No migration. No second account.
What’s available at launch — and what’s coming
The Open Beta launches with features that have been fully validated, Only the Freelance menus are open right now — it does not change the mode of your company when you log in. Your Career stays Career, your Freelance stays Freelance. More menus will land progressively as we validate them in the Closed Beta.
If you need a feature that isn’t in the Companion yet, just open the regular client. Both work side by side for as long as the beta runs.
