OnAir comes complete with a selection of different job types available on the logistics market, with more being added over time as part of ongoing development. This section will give you some guidance on the various job types, what pre-requisites they may have and what bonuses they confer. FBO generated jobs will be covered in the later section “Expanding with FBOs”.
Some job types are locked behind certain skills, see also the “Skills” section for in‐formation regarding those.
There are two basic forms of payload in OnAir, those being cargo payloads and PAX (Human passengers), however these are further subdivided into more specialised categories.
Each job type can be identified by a specific icon displayed in the list, however there are multiple other factors that could be involved in your decision. You should take care to consider the following items when selecting a job:
• Direction (Heading)
• Distance (in Nautical Miles)
• Weight
• Passenger count & Seat types
• Destination airport size
• Any additional constraints
(These include “Human Only” and “Time Constraint”)
It should be noted that Time Constraint jobs display a red clock on the right hand side of the list and more details can be found by “hovering” the cursor over them.
