Iberia Tour available
We deployed the Iberia Tour this week, going around Spain and Portugal.
You can access it from the Activities Page.
The set of jobs includes a main route and several Sightseeing jobs on the way to visit MSFS enhanced POIs.
When you accept the jobs, they appear in your pending jobs as usual.
No penalty is applied if a job is abandoned
Workorders enhancements
Current Work orders are displayed in your aircraft list
This allows to have a quick view upon all current aircraft’s workorders
Other workorders changes:
- Added workorder ETA and ETE
- Fixed cargo weight not updating when splitting cargo
- Fixed alternate airport not automatically filled in some case
Other changes
- Added option to use Bing map provider
- Added possibility to copy airport ICAO with a mouse right-click in the aircraft list page
- Fixed company level not granted correctly when gaining enough XP for several levels after doing a Tour at low levels
What’s Next
Some users reported issue with the map background downloading.
We are currently using external providers for the map tiles and cannot understand why some users have a very slow download rate or don’t get the map at all.
This week we already included an option to change to Bing map (in the global settings), but we feel that we need to have complete control of the map and decided to build our own map server based on public map data.
The first implementation should be available in a couple of weeks. We keep you informed.
